CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE TEMPERATURE TREATMENT

The controlled atmosphere treatment is one of the food storage methods in which the atmosphere components, such as nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide, are regulated to targeted levels.  Together with changing these ratios, the moisture and temperature of the air are also controlled.


INNOVATIVE & INTEGRATED CATTiS CONTAINER SYSTEM

CATTiS System applies controlled atmosphere temperature treatment technology into:

  • A mobile and accessible container is split into two separated spaces – heating and cooling.

  • An internal conveyor system, allowing the treated products to go in and out continuously without interruption.

  • A dual UV light installation at the end of the heating line with the purpose of micro-organism reduction to log5.

  • The cooling phase helps to bring the product temperature back to the initial level, which helps to shorten the pending time to the next step of the whole processing line.

CONTAINER MODULE

The container module is a modern complex combo, consisting of a 40f box with many internal details, allowing the products to be treated constantly.
