The CATTiS container system is a patented innovation that combines a container-based module with an advanced controlled atmosphere system. The controlled atmosphere treatment allows for nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide levels to be regulated to target levels. In addition, the temperature and the moisture of the environment is also regulated.

1. CONTAINER MODULE

The container module prevents air leakage and is heat resistant, with flow ventilation throughout. The glass-fibre/stainless steel conveyor belt transfer product through the system, and the sensor and safety alarm systems ensure optimal performance.

2. GAS GENERATING MODULE

The gas generating module adjusts nitrogen and oxygen concentration, creating a very low oxygen atmosphere in which insects cannot survive. The variety in capacity levels allows for the module to handle up to 4 containers simultaneously:
• Nitrogen generation

• Pressure control of multiple containers
